Ghajini..

Dear All,

Yesterday i saw GHAJINI,.....If Akshay Kumar & Shah Rukh Khan had a Singh is King & Om Shanti Om Respectively then now Aamir Khan has a GHAJINI.
Ghajini is  directed by A R Murugadoss's remake of his Tamil blockbuster,a three hour extravaganza of romance, comedy, action, songs and drama.
Aamir Khan's first film this year. It has Aamir doing an out-and-out actioner after a long time. It also has him bare-chested for a lot of the running time, because he needs to display his impressively muscled frame.
Ghajini's plot is pretty well known. Ghajini draws basic inspiration from the Christopher Nolan film Memento. But the similarities with Memento begin and end with the tattoos and Polaroid camera. Ghajini is a straightforward, no nonsense, violent, revenge drama about one man's search for his girlfriend's killer. it is having some extra violent & some Sweet Sequences also like, The sequence in which Aamir first sees Asin helping bunch of disabled kids , Aamirs first meeting with Asin are very sweet & lot of some other also.....The maximum fun is had by Asin.

Watch it for,
gripping screenplay. The raw action sequences which you not seen in long, long time. Award Winning performance by Aamir khan, Sweet & innocent  Asin is sure shot going to win newcomer award. Very Strong background Score by A.R.Rahman.
well Choreographed song "Behka" its treat to watch & the mindblowing composition "Kaise mujhe tu mil gayi..."will remember long time.

Rating - ***1/2

Golden Globe For A.R.Rahman...

For his brilliant work in Slumdog Millionaire, musical maestro A.R. Rahman has been nominated for Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score. Now, that is some news! It is an honour for all Indians!
It is considered as an indicator to the Oscar winners, as a Golden Award winner for a given year mostly ends up with the year’s Oscar too! It is heartening to see A.R. Rahman getting nominated for this prestigious award!
This is not the first international assignment for A.R. Rahman: he has already composed for Heaven and Earth, a Chinese film; Shekar Kapur’s Elizabeth; and musicals Bombay Dreams and The Lord of the Rings.
